New opportunities at Vincent Landing for those seeking marina berths, properties.
A recent development at Vincent Landing marina, Port Vincent, whereby the original managing director, on his retirement, handed the reins over to his brother-in-law, has led to the creation of key new opportunities, on both the land and water.
The new MD has put in place a strategy to revitalise this very pleasant and well-located residential marina, with the view to promoting the completion of the concept as per the original vision of its developers.
To this end, a number of house and land packages is now being offered, beginning with a spectacular home located at 37 Marina Drive. Built to serve as either a holiday or retirement home, this fine three-storey example of contemporary architecture features no less than four bedrooms, the very latest in high quality materials and appliances, plus spectacular Gulf views.
Michael Nance, of Nance Property Copper Coast, has been appointed as the selling agent. Having many years experience in marketing marinas and waterfront properties, Michael is very aware of the potential benefits for investments in prime waterfront property. He will be working with the developer to present and market the real estate opportunities available at Vincent Landing marina.
Future releases will include several two storey, three and four bedroom apartments designed for and ideally suited to both investors and holiday makers. Located on Marina Drive, these units will be close to the boat ramp and all marina facilities.
For boat owners, the opportunity to purchase or lease a marina berth is now available. The marina itself is managed by the Cruising Yacht Club of South Australia and boasts state-of-the-art facilities, designed to best cater to both vessels and their owners. 10m and 12m marina berths are available in A and B rows, as part of the CYCSA managed facility.
Management of E finger, two rows of large ‘super berths’, was returned to the developer recently, who is now offering them directly to the market. Purchasers will be offered these berths as a secure long term lease. As well, they will be managed independently of the CYCSA, so therefore no club memberships will be required.
